LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Aimed at senior leaders and tailored for your organisation, Protostar will design an in-house leadership development training programme and deliver leadership skills training in half or full day blocks, to a maximum of 20 managers in any one session.

This leadership skills training is supplemented by 360 degree feedback, coaching and practical workshops designed to tackle specific issues within your organisation. Agreement will be made before the outset on how the Return On Investment for the leadership development training will be assessed.

Ideally this programme is run before the management development training for middle managers, as this helps ensure that behaviours are embedded throughout the organisation and allows senior leaders to support their staff when they are trained.

Bespoke leadership skills training on a wide range of leadership competencies can be designed and delivered as required. Individual executive coaching can also be provided to senior leaders who will soon be moving into a strategic level role. Accreditation can be built into any leadership skills training programme, allowing delegates to receive a certificate and credits, recognised by employers and universities.

Aimed at middle and senior level managers, our management training programme is tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and those of each individual.

A 360 degree feedback process is used at the outset in order to design an individual development plan for each manager and to identify common needs that should form part of the management training.

We run a highly successful action learning programme for supervisors and team leaders. There are slight changes made depending up whether the audience are supervisors or team leaders, however, both programmes cover:

Supervisor training and team leader training workshops include group work, actions before and after each session and are tailored to your specific needs. They are highly interactive and also aim to build confidence and raise the profile of the individual. A 360 degree assessment for supervisors is also used where appropriate.

Supervisor training or team leader training workshops can be run as standalone events or combined with coaching and projects to form a supervisory development programme.
